I checked on Mrs. Singh. BP 148/92, slight ankle edema. I spoke with Dr. Persaud and he say to monitor for 48 hours. If swelling increase or she get short of breath, take her to Diamond Diagnostic right away. I will come back Thursday.

Good afternoon. I reviewed Margaret's readings from Priya's visit. The swelling could be related to the Amlodipine. I will assess at her appointment on March 22. In the meantime, reduce salt intake and keep the feet elevated when resting. Call the clinic if you notice any breathing difficulty.
